The purpose of the Akha dividend payout is to provide financial benefit and support to Accenture’s black employees. We balance the needs of our beneficiaries with the needs of Accenture’s business. To date 994 black employees have received payouts of R 192M.

Our educational assistance scheme provides an education bursary to the children and legal dependents of Accenture employees in South Africa. To date the scheme has granted bursaries to the value of over R48 million to 355 employees.

Akha’s Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) funding provides financial assistance to public benefit organisations (PBO) which target specific social needs. Industries include Welfare, Health, Education and Community Projects.
